Using the IngredientConverter, you can quickly convert common cooking ingredients (various varieties of flour, sugar, and oil to name just a few) from weight (grams for example) to volume (e.g. cups) and vice-versa. This is perfect for the cooks who have either measuring cups or a kitchen scale but not both. All common weight and volume measures are selectable, both metric and imperial and – where different – US and UK units.
The IngredientConverter will also translate between units of the same type. That is, you can do volume-to-volume conversions (like cups to quarts) and weight-to-weight conversions (like pounds to grams).
